This roll cake is usually called Swiss Roll cake in Singapore.
Usually it consists of thin sponge cake and vanila cream spread. After that it 's rolled up.
For my new creation I use chocolate jam or rashberry jam after that I garnish with icing sugar in the top before slicing.
The cake shop that specializes in this roll cake is Polar cake shop. It has variety of roll cake in different size as well. For chocolate roll cake, you can try in Bengawan Solo cake shop. It has rich of chocolate yummy.... But be careful not to much and you will gain some weight in few days hehe
