CHOCOLATE CLASSY PUDDING CAKE

This is another creation of pudding cake which actually modified from mocha classy pudding cake. This is in square shape and almost 2.5 kg.
The base is sponge cake and with vanila sponge pudding then cappucino pudding with marie biscuit and chocolate jelly in the top layer and decorated with strawberry.

FUNTASY PIZZA PUDDING CAKE

This is another creation of birthday pudding cake for teenanger and youngster.
Cake made from sponge cake as base, tropical fruit sponge pudding and berry milk pudding and topped with white bread and tropical fruits.
Delighted, sweet and sour with colorful presentation make the big day become more cheerfull.

MIE AYAM JAMUR ( MUSHROOM CHICKEN NOODLE )

A favorite villager noodle in Indonesia, usually sold using push cart from street to street. Simple, tasty and healthy with smooth and gentle noodle and tender chicken. It's very appetizing for those noodle lover. Especially when you are craving Indonesian food street in kampong.

GADO - GADO ( INDONESIAN MIXED VEGETABLE SALAD )

Gado - gado is another favorite dish that most Indonesians like especially with home made peanut sauce and prawn crackers in the top.
The vegetables are taoge or bean sprout, long beans, cabbage, tofu, lontong or rice cake, hard boiled eggs and poured with home made peanut sauce and topped up with prawn crackers.
HMMMM Yummmyyyyy.

This is Indonesia favorite food, very light, tasty. Even there is a song for this food called " Abang Tukang Bakso "

MOCHA CLASSY PUDDING CAKE

This is my new creation of birthday cake. Usually birthday cake is made from cheese, chocolate, sponge or marble cake and decorated using buttercream. Yes..it's very beautiful and delicious. But if we have it too often, we will get bored and gain weight in the same time.
So.. here is the solution by combining the cake and pudding.
This is very delicious, beautiful and refreshing.
My first creation is mocha classy pudding cake. It is made from swiss roll cake for based and lining, then mocha sponge pudding in the next layer and mocha pudding with dessert wine in top and covered up by chocolate jelly. To enhance the appetite, I use fruity shaped jelly to garnish.
The taste is hmmmmmm yummmyyyyyy. You will never stop to eat it.
And this cake I made for Juwita's birthday, one of my friend in Cell Group

WINTER SONETA ROLL CAKE

This roll cake is usually called Swiss Roll cake in Singapore.
Usually it consists of thin sponge cake and vanila cream spread. After that it 's rolled up.
For my new creation I use chocolate jam or rashberry jam after that I garnish with icing sugar in the top before slicing.
The cake shop that specializes in this roll cake is Polar cake shop. It has variety of roll cake in different size as well. For chocolate roll cake, you can try in Bengawan Solo cake shop. It has rich of chocolate yummy.... But be careful not to much and you will gain some weight in few days hehe
